This is a pretty awesome One Piece skin. If you're at all a fan of the anime or manga, you'll probably appreciate this skin. The only think I might recommend tinkering to meet you needs it the color of the folders (Color06) and files (Color07) in theme.ini. It's usable as-is, but I can't help but think it could be better.....

I kind of wanted one of those Vita TV things at one point, of course now Pi is way better in my opinion but Vita TV was out a long time before Pi was even a thing.
