A new update for the Nitro Engine, a 3D engine for the DS. This update fixes the previous problems with old libnds compatibility and the c++ one.

16.0.3 support was added into Atmospheré, so it should be alright, but I'd prefer sticking with a lower firmware version just to be safe. -
