KDE ROM Trimmer and DLDI Patcher v. 0.2

This release just adds some long overdue updates to the dldi collection and a new rom trimmer. for specific details check the readme file.NOTE: Contrary to the screenshot this does include dldi files for the newer AceKard products. I'm lazy and didn't want to redo it.
