Dragonball Z skin (updated version)

My second skin, I used settings from the apple skin, but changed the font colour so it is easier to see in front of the dark background. I also used DBZ characters as the icons.UPDATED VERSION: added dragonball z themed icons for file and folder icons, changed tabs to a darker colour so it's easier to see with the light text, new process bar, start button and many other changes
