Instructions:-------------Replace the blank CFC2English.ngp file included in this package with a validCFC2English.ngp NGPC ROM file.Run CFC2English.nds and select the CFC2English.ngp ROM file.Information about CFC2English can be found at http://cfc2english.blogspot.com/It should also work with the original Japanese-only CFC2 ROM file (if you rename it CFC2English.ngp).
