Balance of Power is a frantic, flashy, combination oriented module with a high degree of special effects and an eclectic character collection. It has absolutely no in game story, and is unapologetically random in level design. The fighting system has been clearly set up with high hit counts in mind. Individual attacks cause little damage on their own, but even random button mashing can rack up impressive looking attack combinations and an expert player can string together obscene numbers of consecutive hits
