This is a slightly cleaned up verison of my first Blue XMB

The bottom screen has been 'improved' to be more like the original 'Blue XMB' moonshell 2 skin
The Top screen has been 'de-cluttered'
There are 2 version in the download:
> Blue XMB None:
This contains NO Clock/Day/Month/user name on the top screen
> Blue XMB Only Time:
This show ONLY the clock on the top screen
