The twitch bot is programmed in Java, mostly because networking is really fucking easy with it. The bot itself just connects to chat and parses commands from users, as well as keeping track of time watched. I ended up making an entire multithreaded timekeeping library for it. That part is gonna be used a bunch in my future programming endeavors.

Well, first look up binary tutorials on YouTube. Once you’re comfortable with that, go to Ben eater’s channel. He can teach you the basics of SAP1 architecture. There are many ways to make an 8bit computer, like with an fpga, or even relays. I just personally chose discrete logic chips to make it easier for others to understand when I show it off.
