Wireless keyboard and mouse :/

What an awful idea. I don't know why Apple gave this to their Macs. Imagine having to replenish your mouse and keyboard every other month because they gobble up AA batteries like a ravenous lion.

Who uses AA batteries? I understand wireless keyboard/mice for people who want their desks as neat as possible, but just stick a li-ion in there please.

My Reverb G2 VR controllers uses AAs too and it gobbles them up like a motherfucker. And NiMh cells won't work properly, too low voltage.

Weird.
I have a Logitech M220 mouse, runs on an AA battery, and it lasts for well over half a year. It also takes rechargeable batteries and lasts a few months on one as well.

How long does an Apple mouse last on one battery?
