wii install

i am at my wits end,read loads of threads and forums about this but loads of different information,i am trying with out such success to downgrade from 3.4 to install homebrew,back up launcher etc, i keep getting failed to read boot elf message and wi freezes,i am using homebrew installer to install but cant,i am on 3.4 using zelda game RVL P RZDP, have done excatly what they say but still cant install,i am using there files / software but still no joy,they say use TWIGHT-HACK-V0.1 BETA 2 foe version 3.4,is this the right 1? some people say rename files, others say just use some files and not all, what i am asking,begging for if anybody can give the excact files to use and tell me in plain english how to put on card as i am going out of my mind and cant sleep,i have tried several times but no good,each blog tells me a different way to do but all i want is the safest and easyist way to do please
