Who else has noticed this?

Has anyone other than me realized that a conspiracy is going on?
Here's what i'm seeing:

1. Bad games are never translated into Japanese (if they weren't originally made in Japan).
2. All the best games that are made in Japan stay Japan exclusive.

Like, if you look on Wikipedia, you'll see some sort of pattern. Bad games like ALL of the Bratz games aren't even in Japan, but good games like Haruhi Suzumiya no Chokuretsu aren't outside of Japan.

IT'S A CONSPIRACY, I TELLS YA!

There's a big difference between Japan and the rest of the world: Walmart.

The typical redneck mom who shops at Wallyworld would look at most of those cool Japanese games and ask herself, "What in the shit-fire is that?" She sees Bratz or something from the Imagine series and waxes, "Oh, my 'lil Shelly Bob Joe will love this thing!"

If publishers can't sell their wares, they don't leave Japan. It's really that simple. Whatever it is Atlus, XSeed and Ignition are doing, it must be deals that allow them to sell just enough to make a profit, but it's never enough to start a trend. They serve a very niche audience.

On DS, unless you sell to the Walmart moms, you hemorrhaqe most of your sales to piracy.

In Daigasso, she works in GB Music... And in MoI, it's GB Magic....

So why can't they include Daigasso in the english releases, huh?

:wtf: i just realized this became a Daigasso not in america ranty thread.[/quote]

If you really think one character from a Japanese game that's in a crappy American game warrants an American release, then you're quite good at that 6 degrees game.

Square Enix should own Burger King. See, Square Enix made SMRPG. SMRPG has Mario. Mario was in Mario and Sonic games. Sonic is the name of a fast food restaurant (not a huge chain, but still a chain). Burger King is a fast food restaurant. Thusly, Square Enix should own Burger King! Well, according to your logic :)

On topic, Japan does get generally better releases (since most good American games are released in Japan and Japan has more country exclusive releases and less shovelware).
