which smartphone??

im looking to get a smartphone for my birthday. does anyone know any good deals, preferably on android and if on contract no more than £15 a month or £250 on PAYG. thanks in advance :D

iPhone 4 is insanely popular, though the Droidx is coming soon. And then there's that HTC one that boasts large screen size.

I'd go with the iPhone or the Droid, as hacking them is now legal.

The Samsung Galaxy S seems to be the pretty hot android phone across Europe right now. HTC Magic seems to be popular too. I've had an iPod for a few months now and I don't think I'd like it as a phone. Even politically, Android phones seem to be way ahead of the game in terms of freedom and openness.

I don't know anything about plans in the UK, but getting a smartphone in the US requires at least $30-50 a month, on Verizon. So maybe 25-30 pounds? I don't know.

yeah that is right but my parents are cheapskates ¬_¬ but ill probably get the droid x if i keep asking :D im gonna be 16 so i think i deserve a good phone for once :P

You can get some good phones ( A selection ) for £20 with Virgin

I have a HTC Desire and personally I find it absolutely amazing
