Not possible. Can't give it to you – and you know why. If it was possible, I would happily give it to you and your wife. You know that.

Search willhaben.at or similar. If it is like on ebay-kleinanzeigen.de you will find some – but be warned: They are pretty expensive. Searching ebay or amazon was not a good idea (tooooo expensive). Maybe it changed. Just try.

Missed that comment somehow. That is not proper English but I get what you wanted to say. Seeing such prices is breathtaking (in a negative way).

Yes, these special Wii Remote are insanely expensive and it took me long to find offers that are
a) not that insanely expensive
b) have original packaging and are in perfect condition

Still missing Bowser and Toad. Don't think it's possible to get them at the moment without paying way too much.

Maybe they were trying to mask whatever the remote smelled of before...

@Veho Possible. Happens all the time. People mask bad smells with other substances. Instead of giving their home/car/things a clean… they use some kind of perfume ("air freshener").

The previous owner of my car is a heavy smoker. Instead of not smoking in the car (or cleaning the car from time to time) he used an excessive amount of some vanilla aroma to mask the tobacco stench. Effect: When I got into the car the first time I almost fainted and had to drive with open windows (no, not an exaggeration). It smelled like vanilla mixed with cold tobacco smoke. If I had known before what a stinking vehicle I was about to get I would never have agreed to take it (no, I didn't search for a car – long story).

It took three years for the vanilla to completely disappear. The car mats smelled like somebody poured a liter of concentrated vanilla aroma over them. Leaving the windows open in hot sunny weather did nothing at all to lessen the smell. The only thing that finally helped to get it on a bearable level was washing the car – inside and multiple times. Seats, mats, all the interior parts.

I simply don't want any smells in the air (only exception: cooking food). Even things most people consider to be good smelling – I just don't like it.

@Veho Let's just hope they didn't have a homebrew that made the remote vibrate indefinitely

The usage of that "tpi"-thing by Veho already suggests your interpretation for a questionable usage of a Wii Remote. I deliberately chose to interpret it serious and gave a sensible (and true) answer to this.

My blog is not the EOF and I don't like that kind of humor – if this even qualifies as humor.

They have a point though... I mean, there IS a Wiibrator homebrew.
