Watchmen review (!Spoilers)

Cool, but now what am I going to do with the 3 hours I was going to fill?

read the comic first then go watch the movie you will love it

This movie is not an X-MEN adventure. As a matter of fact outside of saving the burning build of children I cant think of another super hero'y thing that was done in the movie.
Maybe trying to get ragface detective dude out of prison.
I dunno.... I like Marvel movies, they are a safe bet.

i dunno why people dont like watchmen i thought it was amazing such a great movie. really good story and great actors. going to get this on blu-ray when it comes out

My review:

1. Patrick Wilson(Nite Owl) fucks Malin Ã…kerman(Silk Spectre)

2. They fight crime together.

3. They go in a flying spaceship thing and have more angry sex.

I thought the whole film was actually pretty good but all the sex scenes and glowing penises were very unnecessary.

As a fan of the comic I found the movie alright. Wasn't exactly bad, then again wasn't exactly great. They pronounced Rorschach wrong, the person who did the music needs to be shot. Some music did not suit the tone and aspect of the film. Also Rorschach's voice became a bit too cheesy/tacky/cumbersome after awhile. The modified ending from book worked well I didn't have any problems with that plus it remained more faithful to the comic then other movies did.

How was the penis unnecessary? It wasn't that noticeable (also quite modest in size) in the first place unless you really wanted to stare at it. It was there in the comic and was there to show that Dr. M was beginning to reject human values (e.g. to cover one up) so it was essential and in every way necessary.
