I know the chances of said player be a member of GBATemp is very very slim. And even then checking this more so. But I felt stink becoming another one of the plethora of dc'ers that are out there that dc when they're losing. I never intended too, I was enjoying the game very very much.
My computer crashed in the middle of our duel. Cliche I know but if I wasn't guttered do you really think I'd be making this post?
I use Ubuntu and get my DS online via a dongle so I use Virtualbox with XP pro to make it possible without changing my partition. Virtualbox crashed and it severed my connection causing me to drop out. I'm guttered as its the first time I've had my DS online in months and it was my very first game of YuGiOh online too, and I didn't even have to wait long for the fight. All the more reason why I'm guttered that I couldn't play it out till the end. It was great because, even though I was down on points, I always had a strategy that could of pulled me out, and it was great getting beaten around by cards I hadn't unlocked yet. I've never had such a fun game of cards before, usually I get nervous when I play a stranger and panic when I'm off the back foot. Any way, enough of that I just wanted to appologize to a complete strange and this felt like a good way to do it at the time. I know this may put off fellow members who perhaps wanted a challenge or I'll approach later but sure they've once wished to know the reason why someone dc'ed on 'em. For not every time does someone dc because they were losing.
So, hereth end my rant. Sorry to anyone other than the desired anon. that got suckered into reading this.
