This phone is amazing!

For some odd reason yesterday, I woke up and my mom came in my room and gave me my sister's phone.(IT'S A G1!)
What I'm confused about is the reason behind this act of kindness. Anybody have any ideas?

Anyways, the Wii softmodding was a success!!!!!!!! I spent about 7 hours playing brawl plus that day. Crazy huh?

Maybe your sister got a better phone, chnaged back to her old phone, or your mom wanted to confiscate her phone as a punishment.

Yes, the G1 is awsome, but it's even more awesome if you install debian on it as well. Then you can install software to do anything you want, including games, emulators, and office suites, all free.

You didn't just ask your mom why you just got your sisters phone. She just comes in to your room, gives it to you, you try to speak but she shushes you and walks out. Thats how I imagine it.

Unfortunately, the G1 is no longer receiving any more major incremental firmware upgrades (such 1.5 to 2.0 will be exclusively for the G2) due to technical limitations

Actually, I found out why. It was very disturbing when I found out. She's.... Yeah, since my cousin might read this, I can't tell.

The MyTouch 3g is not the HTC Hero. The MyTouch 3g is the HTC Magic.

The HTC Hero has a modified Android OS, labeled as the Sense UI.

yeah right. and the is always hacked firmwares, its linux after all.

I liek the G1, but when you slide out the eyboard I find it hard to use because of the big lump.
