Normally I'm not a fan of point and click games but I was hanging with a friend today and he said we should try them.
Originally I pirated a copy for the PC but it was a pain to play so I just bought it for the Xbox, the first episode at least. And I was pleasantly surprised. It's rather original, most of the characters are completely original and they all have their own personalities. There's a few references to popular characters but their mostly brief.
In all honesty it kinda feels like a slightly more interactive version of the show with a new cast, which I love. Like this game may have convinced me to try more point and click games. It was great to watch and fun to play. The stories were great, the characters are interesting, and there's a strong decision engine if you wanted to replay.
For $5 an episode, it's well worth it. I highly suggest it to point and click and/or Walking Dead enthusiasts.
Speaking of zombies, the RE6 demo is out tomorrow for Dragon's Dogma owners, so I'll report back on how it is, well, tomorrow.
