That's why I never take my phone with me when I want to relax. And usually turn it off when playing some old gameboy stuff with a cup of coffee in the late evening. There's another solution I really like, called communication over the old radio bands. No hyper communication involved there. And no must to join a conversation either. It's more like a hobby.

On the internet however, I get stressed very quick. Like my phone beeps 20 times a minute sometimes. That's why I have quit social media 4 years ago, and now barely use my phone for chat messaging apps. Results: More rest, no need to check my phone all the time on every beep like I did in the past. Even at work when my phone was ringing I had to check it. It was a pain for sure when looking back at the past! I'm glad I made the choice to remove all those apps which didn't even gave me a serious conversation after all. Just things like "Hey, This is what I'm eating right now *picture of food* etc etc etc.."
