This is the first, the penultimate, the last and the ultimate blog post I will ever make. It's been epic.

Now, I'm GONE (with the wind).

Just so you all know my concluding feelings...

In all serious business, the community I was a part of back in 2002-2004 died a long time ago, and I've been kidding myself ever since if I was ever to hope for it to come back. GBAtemp seems to move through "generations", and this one isn't for me.

I'll keep an eye on things though and if I start to like them again I will start posting again :)

Sorry to hear that Shadow, you'll be missed. You're a great personality around these parts. Though I can't say I agree with you about the generations bit, as many of us are still here after years and years and still loving it. Stay frosty, buddy.

It happens eh, I'm HERE because I left THERE. In my case, I had the same problem he seems to have. He lost the thrill of HERE.

Myself, I've rather liked it HERE so far, and it's making it easier to ditch the several THEREs that I have cut out of my life.

Ah, you'll be missed Shadow. I've seen GBATemp grow...and its definitely not the same as it used to be, in both good and bad.

Shit posters crap up boards and make the good posters leave, which is further crapping.
It's like double fudge only not yummy.
There really is not so much encouragement for quality posting these days. Bits from 4chan and the irc spill onto the boards.


Smile through the shambles mate. I don't see a point in "leaving." Just post less often.
