Yep, I took advice from some of you and had it checked out, I can safely and delightfully say that it was.....
Nothing serious at all, no indication of the bone grinding down, cracked bones, infections (An infection wasn't bloody likely to begin with...) or anything. It seems that the issue I had 9 years ago with my knee troubles, where I had ground the bone down a bit (*Explicit* you PE class, you sweaty waste of 3 Jr High Years, and 2 High School Years!), mentioned in my last blog here, are just acting up once in awhile.
It actually should be perfectly normal for it to act up like this. My knee will never be as it was before that point 9 years ago when I was 14, it's always going to pain me once in awhile. It's always going to be a bit weaker than it was, which I'm perfectly fine with. I'll still use my Knee brace and get it refitted as I need to
Either way I'm glad to know nothing was horribly wrong with it. I'm still gonna keep doing my usual exercises that I used in years past when I first had it checked as a precaution, but just thought I'd let people know I'm ok.
