According to Shadow#1, vWii should be covered in Wii U forums here on GBAtemp, since it is on the Wii U. However, I think that since it emulates the Wii, it should be covered in Wii forums. True, it's not exactly the same, as some hacks don't work for vWii, but once you apply alternate hacks for vWii that can allow the Homebrew Channel to be installed, you can do a lot of things under vWii that you can also do on the Wii.
