Good news, today my copy arrived ^^
The Features
* Reflashable hardware allows new possibilities.
* Supports DS/DSi/3DS retail cards.
* Backup, modify, and or restore game saves of DS/DSi/3DS
* USB hookup
The Hardware
The hardware appears to be not as thin as other hardware DS/DSi/3DS backup tools, such as the SMS4 and NDS Adapter+.
The game card does not go in the way the website depicts, it goes in upside-down (so the artwork/sticker is not shown).
The Software
The software works pretty well, with some graphical nuisances. So far I've only tested it with Ridge Racer 3D save file which backed up comparably to the SMS4.
The Website
Normally I wouldn't think of mentioning the website as a part of a review like this, but there's a pretty bad exception. The "driver" download on the website links to a PS3 Jailbreak tool (WTH). The site never gives clear links to the firmware or software's actual download. I had to uncover the links myself to get the software to run the dongle, which is very odd since it was on their servers and had a firmware section, yet it only linked to "drivers" which was a file called PS3 Jailbreak tool.
I'll give you guys the dl so you won't have to spend time searching for the links to the tools to use the Save R4i Dongle.

The Main Pros
* Cheap compared to other tools
* Backs up save files (DS/DSi/3DS) OK
* Reflashable
The Main Cons
* Graphic bugs in the software
* No links to software download in the website
* Wide USB compared to other tools
Overall
For $20 USD it is much cheaper than the other hardware backup tools available, and it does its job but includes software issues such as difficulty to find firmware links and visual issues with its programs. The hardware is not so great as it can easily take up the space of 2 USB slots; although it only uses 1 USB slot the tool is wide. The software is easy to use and can upgrade/reflash the hardware.
I've taken a pic of the hardware and the box.
'be seeing you all soon.
