you are looking for packers (the tool used to pack), or actual packs ?

And if they are official DLC content, you can't ask or share them here, it's copyrighted and illegal to share.
if they are custom made tracks, then it's fine.

I am looking for the tools, yes. I have piracy warnings against sharing/selling DLC.

Thank you for the confirmation. I saw the warning, but wasn't sure what you were looking for.
I know lot of users have issues to unpack the DLCs, the big 3GB Wad file is often seen as not valid, I think it would be best smaller packs, or maybe it's just that people share the wad without providing the necessary unpacking tool at the same time.

Unfortunately, I've been having trouble finding other DLC packing tools. While the three I have is good enough to get started, it's not really enough for those who want thousands of songs. Also, the wiki/tutorial may still be misleading on a few minor factors, as it hasn't really been that long since I discovered this method myself. I actually began work on this shortly after the closure of the Wii Shop. I think it's important to keep Rock Band 3 going, especially since Rock Band 4 (or any potential future release) has yet to be ported to a Nintendo console.
