Mechwarrior Header + SlowRom fix

Looks like some Amiga or PC join function is a bit wrong ???
This is the same stupid deal as with the Euro version of Adventure island !
So just a lame Header fix , before some credit hungry puts out the whole
damn thing again ! And a slowrom fix thrown in just for the hell of it..

This program started out around January 16th when I was urged to write a
program that would convert FIG (Pro Fighter) files to work on a Game Boxer
or MGH (Multi Game Hunter). The conversion wasn't much a problem, but as
I was finishing this program, I started to notice all these small programs
coming out that claimed to do the same thing. So, this got me to thinking
that there weren't any programs out there (at least that I have seen) that
support all of the popular formats out there and convert between them.
So, I began to add more and more to this thing until it became a monster.
I plan to update this program as more copiers and special file formats arrive.
Command line
------------
Heres the basic command line structure for CCX:
CCX <filename> [switch<outfile>]
<filename> is the source filename. CCX will read this file and identify it.
<outfile> is the optional target file when converting, joining, or splitting.
[switch] is to convert/split/join files. The valid options are:
-BIN Convert SEGA file to a Binary Image
-SMD Convert SEGA file to Super Magic Drive format
-MGH Convert file to Multi Game Hunter format
-MGD Convert file to Multi Game Doctor 2 format (same format as above)
-FIG Convert NINTENDO file to Pro Fighter format
-SWC Convert NINTENDO file to Super Wild Card format
-BOX Convert NINTENDO file to Game Boxer format (MGH compatible)
The two switches below may be used alone or with a conversion switch:
-J Join a split file into a single file
-S Split a single file into 2 files
NOTE: This version of CCX is a TEST version. Not all functions are available.
== Version 0.9 Jan 18,1993 ==
Limited release for testing only. The -BIN switch has been turned off for
the time being. Some bytes get lost during the conversion unless a HD Cache
is being used.
== Version 0.9A Jan 21,1993 ==
Added -WLD switch for Wild Card. Don't have much info on this format, but it
looks the same as a Fighter format, so I included it as the same. I removed
the -J and -S switches due to memory conflicts. Turned identification of
Binary SEGA files back on, but no converting yet.
== Version 0.9B Jan 26,1993 ==
Fixed a bug in the command line, and used a different DOS area to read the
incoming parameters. Renamed the -WLD switch to -SWC since this seems to
be the going trend now. Also, fixed the header problems with the SWC and
FIG files. CCX now recognizes SWC and FIG as different formats.
== Version 0.9C Jan 27,1993 ==
Fixed a bug in the [outfile] parameter which hasn't worked since last version.
Also fixed a recognition bug occuring in SNES files between 4 and 8 Meg.
== Version 0.9D Feb 02,1993 ==
Added Join & Split options to SMC-MGH conversion for testing. This seems to
be working okay. Will add more options to other conversions in later versions.
== Version 0.9E Feb 10,1993 ==
More command line complaints. I still don't understand why this works on
most, but not all computers. For those that can't get the program to
work with the command line, I added an input line for the parameters if no
command line is detected. Hope this helps.
