Comment: Man i loved those Sierra Adventures back then! Altho Space Quest V was the last good Space Quest game, number 6 sucked This game actually had some tricky copy protection that kicked in quite late into the game, i remember that it required a couple of crackfixes or so. Actually, all the Sierra games seemed to have tough protections, it seems they usually got released uncracked as -IND and were never cracked later either I only know about a few ones that got put out by scene groups, but alot of the really big ones (KQV comes to mind) i never saw a proper scene release of I really love the fact that this is a 100% working beta release, imho beta releases are much cooler and more interesting then the actual retail ones, too bad we really don't get many (if any!) of these nowadays. Back then ALOT of betas were released and it was usually not that easy to tell whether a release was just a almost finished beta or some super-early retail. Speaking about betas, there was an earlier beta release of this game put out by RAZOR on 01.21.1993, here it is:

This is the one conversion of the well-known WARHAMMER 40 000 story of
Games Workshop. You control a group of five people fighting against the
slimy aliens. You can equip your fighters with various weapons and watch
them during the animated fights in an isometric view. The range of
their moves depends on the level/weight of their equipment.
After installing the game just use the crack.com and start the game.
That's it.

This game actually had some tricky copy protection that kicked in quite late into the game, i remember that it required a couple of crackfixes or so. Actually, all the Sierra games seemed to have tough protections, it seems they usually got released uncracked as -IND and were never cracked later either I only know about a few ones that got put out by scene groups, but alot of the really big ones (KQV comes to mind) i never saw a proper scene release of I really love the fact that this is a 100% working beta release, imho beta releases are much cooler and more interesting then the actual retail ones, too bad we really don't get many (if any!) of these nowadays. Back then ALOT of betas were released and it was usually not that easy to tell whether a release was just a almost finished beta or some super-early retail. ACTION TECHNOLOGIES CORP.

ATC, based in California, has just released the latest new console copier
called the "Super Deluxe Copier II" for the Super Nintendo. This unit is
by far, the most flexible copier available. The most unique feature about
this unit is the way it handles all the current file structures. The unit
has been designed with an "ADC CHIP" (Auto Detect Chip), which will now
automatically detect (for example, SMC, SWC, FIG, SUD,etc) file extentions,
and ANY future extentions created by other copier makers. In the event a
file extention cannot be recognized, it can easily be upgraded by a simple
DOS upgrade. ATC promises to upgrade their DOS as new file extentions come
out, or at least provide a PATCH fix, which can be written to the file.
Another new feature not found on current copiers, is a Serial Port (RS232)
which so far, I haven't been able to confirm what it will be used for. Its
my guess that it might be used to connect a modem to the copier. The reason
I say this, is because there is an option in the MENU DOS (on bootup) that
shows "Config Term". The only problem here
