Release of AGFD

Comments

Hi there.

Testing this, I selected OLD 11.2 USA from the selectors, clicked on "Installing arm9loaderhax" row and clicked download, but nothing happens. Running it from cmd with java -jar gets this log when clicking the download button (I don't know why the exception message is in spanish, it's usually be english):

java.lang.RuntimeException: ERROR: El sistema no ha podido encontrar la clave o el valor del Registro
especificados.

Thanks :-)) Try this version: http://quantumc.at/AGFD.jar. It should show an error message now instead of just crashing. I think maybe you don't have a torrent client installed. I found out that 7-zip files aren't being extracted so working on that now!

Alright, testing it tonight.

So, should I have a torrent cliente installed for it to work? Got it, will install one.

I'll give you some feedback once I'm able to test it. Thanks!

Give it a test before you install the torrent client to make sure the error appears.

Appreciate this by the way!!

It downloads and extracts files to use with the guide, to save you having to click back and forth to pages. It will stay up to date with the guide thanks to scrapers I wrote keeping the info on a database.

It's working now for every other file which is not a magnet link. It fails to extract 7z files, it seems, I get the exception: net.lingala.zip4j.exception.ZipException: zip headers not found. probably not a zip file.

It's probably the problem you commented about.

Still, not sure what I'm doing wrong, after testing without installing any torrent app, I installed one, restarted the app and retried. All the magnet link still failed to open. I installed Bittorrent. Is that one good enough? Should I try with some other one?

I would reccomend qbittorent, utorrent tried to install bitcoinminers on peoples computers.

@Quantumcat The same version 7.9.9, build 43086.

Do I need to have it opened while using the java app?

Hmm no it should just open. I always close it immediately after it pops open. I uninstalled it and got error messages when doing 'installing arm9loaderhax' so that's good.
