Recently got some cool retro stuff

So my dad found a box near where he works filled with some cool stuff, like a gameboy color, a gameboy advance, and a DS (original)
not only that, but a working copy of Mario and Luigi Superstar, and Pokemon Gold.
Curious though, are there Flash cards for the GBA Slot of the DS? Don't really need an R4 at the moment since I have a pretty meaty library of DS games
but GBA games I'm lacking

Yeah, there are some flashcards for GBA, but sometimes you'll need a Mini SD to MicroSD converter.
They're around $40, not including the MicroSD.

There's also a new flashcart out there, that's a bit on the more expensive end of the spectrum. https://krikzz.com/store/home/46-everdrive-gb.html
There will be a review of it sometime... can't say much more about it right now.

There's also some EZ flash carts that are used together with a DS flashcard if I'm not mistaken. I have one but haven't used it for so many years now :P

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM

    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
