So yeah, after reading all that I'm quite shocked to see, even after talking to the said person, and understanding their reasons and things I stand by them, I don't see why people try to conclude it to be exact as TheCruel case, it's up to a person what they do with someone else, it's none of your business is it? All the drama and things it caused after reading..

TL;DR: Mind your own business and don't bother someone else for who they're with

In both cases it's the human species' intrinsic nosyness into other people's private affairs instead of just appreciating the work they have done for erryone's favorite console

What made me angrier was that people felt the need to speak for the 15 year old.

As someone who slept willingly with older guys when I was a teen, I didn't had any problems saying no.
I wasn't groomed into it (I rather groomed them into it) and I turned out fine.
Hell, if I'd go back in time now to the day I was 18, I'd also be mislabeled a pedo by the same fucking people in that thread.

I really wanted to say "shut up and don't interfere with other peoples love life" but eh, that would backfire tremendously and they would be putting words in me mouth which would only result in more bickering.

I think the point here isn't that people need to be nosey, but rather don't want to be associated with pedophiles. More importantly we don't want them in our communities where there are a lot of children. This is suppose to be a community of hackers and enthusiasts, not a hunting ground for pedophiles. We have to have a zero tolerance for that behavior. I didn't know about this particular individual, but if he's gone it's for the best. I don't care how "ok" you felt in your sexual experiences, if that slides it just opens the door for more depravity.

I remember a time when i came on temp to relax.
When i did so to get away from things that stressed me out.
To either talk about gaming or other fun things with my peers. An exchange of lighthearted views and ideas.
I miss those days.
I miss the times where i wasn't reminded of these things on a daily basis.
Those were the good days.
