So, do any of you have any interesting stories to tell from yesterday? I traveled to meet up with family and here's something memorable that happened last night:

edit: so what did you end up doing with the situation? Say you didn't get her a gift and just returned the camera (or planning to return it)?

Only semi-funny thing that happened yesterday was later in the day my son and I unboxed our airhogs heli's and we were flying them around in our house. My wife was watching us and our 2 dogs were looking at them like they were birds. My then said get the birds and our one dog jumped like 4 feet into the air, snatched mine and ran off into our kitchen and destroyed it. I was piseed but I just dropped to my knees and started laughing my ass off. Wish I had a video of that.

I kicked over the tree in rage and threw my gift in the microwave (on High, 99:99 minutes).

Nah, but when she opened it everyone was like ohh... another camera... well what color is i-BLACK. Heh heh... [awkward moment]

I told her to return it or sell it but she said she was gonna take both for a spin for like a week and give the one she's less agile with to my other younger sister. :lol:

(even though mine is inferior by a WHOLE 1.8 megapixels... :cry:)

well there could have been other factors that could make yours better
screen size, battery life, camera size, brand name, ect...

and especially lens quality

i'd take a 10mp canon over a 12mp sanyo any day :P
