Petition To Ban Petitions

Since petitions are extremely powerful and tools of change, I think they should be banned. Do we really want decisions made based on online petitions?

Looked at Orc's profile, I didn't see "Banned" or "Suspended" so I guess she's not.

Totally, online petitions seriously annoy me. People seem to think they will actually do something. Just how many examples can you think of online petitions working?
