Well, I was still giving this package another week or so to come in, but surprise surprise it came in already! My Cyclo DS came in and it feels really solid, unlike the R4. First impressions are... feels like it won't break as easily. But these are first impressions, and they are known to be wrong... so... we'll see! 
Anyways, now I'm off to set up files and such on it and after I'm done with that, grab Advance Wars and start it.
