Dunno about that. Our old connection here in the UK was pretty shite. Examples:

- It took my old man nearly a week to download a movie, and when it finally arrived it was in Spanish.
- He spent three days downloading a 'Final Fantasy Encyclopedia' for me. Failing to spot the word 'Hentai' in the title. Yep. Spent three days downloading Final Fantasy anime porn.
- It took me nearly two weeks to download the original Advent Children because my torrent was so FAIL. Worth the wait though.

Yes, it is.
You're moaning 'cause you might only get 1 MB/s, whereas most of us in Britain get 500 kb/s, if that. My internet speeds hover between 100-200 kb/s.
What I'm saying is, quit your moaning, you have to live without superfast internet for a week or so, we have to live without it forever.

Your download speed is about the same as mine to New York, and when I get a page from new york, it only takes maybe a second to load...
And about your upload speed, you're not going to upload stuff while at your grandma, are you?
