Now I'm just pissed

Got my 3DS back from Nintendo. Read notes. It said that repairs were done, including an additional one that they found. I open up my 3DS, and examine the Start button (which was the original problem).

It has not been repaired.....

It still doesn't have the click that the other buttons have that are next to it (The Select and Home buttons), and is still hard to press. Do they completely ignore the "Description" of the problem that they request for repairs, and do their own examination? I am seriously peeved off at all this.

This was the third time I had to send in my 3DS for repairs, and now I would have to send it in a 4th time? This is just plain ridiculous.

When I filled in the repair request form, I could only pick one option (which was the shoulder buttons not working), but I added in the note that the volume slider is also not working for some unknown reason. They just completely ignored the note and only fixed the L and R buttons.

edit: oh and in my case at least, it wasn't actually Nintendo that did the repairs. It is sent to a general electronics repair center that is approved of by Nintendo.

Mine was sent directly to Nintendo in Washington. I couldn't even set up a repair online due to a bug in the system with my serial # (I ended up getting a new one from the repair), so I had to talk to a representative and get it set up that way, clearly stating the condition of the problems I had.

This may have been the problem. Not in writing? Then you get nothing! Hope they actually fix it if you send it again.

They do request that you enclose information with the unit when sending it in (which I did), such as your name, address, yadda yada yadda, including a Description of the problem.

This time write a note with huge letters and put it inside the 3DS, that way they can't possibly miss it.
