Nintendo = Good Customer Service

A couple months ago, I ordered some Kirby Epic Yarn patches via Club Nintendo. Today, I got new ones, a limited edition patch, and a note.

I'm trying to get that tote bag, but I'm no where near enough :/

I got my messenger bag a few weeks ago. It will make a nice gift :) Wish it was screen printed on both sides though.

Sounds more like they are trying to buy you off for shipping you an item they knew was defective.

If their product had "a minor cosmetic defect" they should have removed it from their site and stopped selling it.

When they said "minor cosmetic defect" it meant that Kirby's eyes were upside-down.
