New internet isn't working

We got a new router, a new modem, and upgraded our plan. It works on my phone, but no other devices can even find the fucking network. It's pissing me off. Now I can't plan any of my damn consoles online OR EVEN USE MY PC WITH THE INTERNET. The speed is 11 ping, 64.3 Mbit/s download, 15.1 Mbit/s upload (from my phone). So now I'm screwed and it's pissing me the fuck off.

And now I can't even watch TV.

It's not really funny, I've been lookig forward to this for a few months and we spent $250 on a new router and modem + $2 more a month.

okay, most of the consoles(pretty much any) doesn't have 5ghz card in them, so ur only soulution is to use wired internet, or use the old router

Then use the 2.4ghz, my internet is less than 1mb per second you ungrateful fuck

Bitch please. My upload is .53 and my download is 1.53; you'll never be able to understand really slow.

To be exact, I ran a speed test just now, and got a whopping 2.75 down and .39 up with a 46 ping. Pretty slow.
