nds emulator help

so i have no$gba on my computer but it will not run any of my ds games, i have tried everything that i had searched. I need to check if i have one cause this was given to me, but do i need to have a graphics/video card in order to run ds games or is there another emulator i can use. DesMume doesnt work.

Do you have any graphics card, or even onboard graphics like Intel HD 3000?
