First things first, I will say that the site looks wayyy better than the last update, everything feels a lot more cleaned/refined. The site seems to work way better on mobile even on somewhat older phones, from the limited testing I did(iphone 6s, iphone 13). I LOVE the option to save blogs as drafts, although I still save them as .txt files out of habit and just in case I lose a draft for whatever reason. Visual post editor looks way better, the options seem more clear now, although I'll just stick to using bbcode. Speaking of bbcode, we can use it in status updates now, which is an absolute godsend. Speaking of which, status updates themselves have been revamped and I'm a pretty big fan of the changes, being able to type multiple lines is nice, gifs and images being embedded did take a bit getting used to. I like the new position of search, although it did fuck with muscle memory a bit. I'm also a big fan of the new chat design(fun fact I got the first(public) message in chat, which was "holy shiy new chat"(sic)) I'm glad that we no longer need a separate thread for chat archives. Instead of having blog tags, we now have seperate blogs, I like having multiple blogs but I wish we still had tags, they were nice(fun fact: gbatemp used to have multiple blogs in the past, and tags were made as a way to compensate for that.), giving things categories was nice and some categories don't really deserve their own full-on blog.
Overall, I like the redesign a lot, only (small) problem I have is tags being gone, but eh that's not a major concern, I can live without tags.
