My PSP's screen...

So my PSP just got partially run over by a car today.
It was in my bag which accidentelly got sucked under the wheels of the car. I acted fast and thought ''Oh, thank God, my PSP's okay." but when I turned it on I was like "Holy Shhhhhhhh...."

So anyway, in this pic it just seems like a normal not broken PSP

But when I turn it on...

Yeah, pretty bad, 2/3 of the screen is just a coloured mess.
But my friend will try to fix
eplace the screen, and it still works so no biggy.

BTW: Pressing the screen changes the colors and how f-cked up the screen is :P

Comments

I dropped my friend's PSP 1 foot from the floor on a hardwood floor and the entire screen was fucked.

I dropped it like a gaziljon times and it didn't do anything (except for ruin the WLAN switch, which I had to tape in place)

My slim went flying into a fan and survived with a single scratch, no problems at all.

You probably dropped it much further than a foot, and probably put some force into it.

Lucky. I was sitting in class one day, my PSP fell out of my pocket and now it has a lot of trouble reading UMDs.
I have a 2000 though. Might have something to do with it being sensitive.

If you don't ever get it fixed could you let me know?
I'm interesting in buying spares.

The 1000 has a cage in it that protects it when you drop it, they removed it in the 2000 to make it lighter and smaller.

Yeah, no.
I won't ever sell my consoles/handhelds. EVER! Not even when broken!
Oh, and you live in UK and I don't even know how to send packages in my province let alone the UK.

I think I dropped mine a couple of times. You can see the scratches on the back still. Mine is a 1001.

The fact that it's still recognisable (and still turns on) is what he was talking about. They couldn't exactly make it invincible.
