My First Lucid Dream

awesome, i think i had a few loooong time ago. feels great when you take advantage,

Strangely, I seem to have lucid dreams quite a lot. I can always recall them quite vividly after as well. One of the many reasons I love sleep.

I still thought it was odd that it was brought on by the fact that i coulda lost my 3DS... lol...

Lucky. I'm never in control of my dreams. Hasn't happened to me before, not even once. D:

Lucid dreaming sounds so awesome and fun from the way people are describing it.

I barely dream at all, really sucks.

Lucid dreaming is interesting, but I feel that it could be detrimental towards one's feeling in a reality where they don't have complete control. I think people that practice lucid dreaming, trying for it every night, just aren't satisfied with the reality granted to them.

Kinda like Inception in that respect, where the people were basically so obsessed with lucid dreaming, reality was no longer bearable for them.

Lol, once I saw Inception I tried to get lucid dreams, I even got this brain wave drug app on my iPod to see if that would work, but it never did....
I found it funny when you were like
"OH HELL NAW THIS MUST BE A DREAM CAUSE THERE AINT NO FUCKING WAY IMMA LET MY 3DS GET WET"

i agree with you nathan but according to human being nature, we are never satisfied with our reality and never will, so thats what dreams are for.
i.e. when one of your legs falls asleep, a common and kind of stupid idea its trying stuff that cause pain on it, but you do it anyway cause you are taking a chance that can only happen that way unless you give ur self some anesthesia. LOL. im just making a point.

I don't think it's fair to say that no human could ever be satisfied with their reality.

I hate dreams. I remember I had a lucid dream one time and I went and got a free 3DS from some dude. Came home and there was a PS3 in my room, I was like so happy I thought everything was real. Then I woke up I was like FUCKKKKK.

I had a weird dream at a fictional mall (a combination of various malls I've been to) and I suddenly realized it was a dream and I decided I could jump as high as I wanted, it was pretty awesome.

I don't think I've ever had a dream I could control Although I know sometimes that I'm in dream but then bad stuff happens like being chased by psychopaths.
On the other hand sometimes in my dreams people close to me die and I feel like shit, then I wake up and it's cool

Last night I was riding home on my bike and I had to be back at college in 20 minutes but I ran out of petrol and started stuttering. All of a sudden I was in college again looking for petrol... retarded mind.

I'm terrified of getting sleep paralysis because I know my mind will immediately go to some of my worst fears.

I have a lot of lucid dreams. Then I'm a ninja and I can jump from high buildings and survive. I can also control time, fly and ban annoying users at GBAtemp; I can do the same as an average moderator.

ADDIT: I also was aware I was dreaming.

Everyone dreams in their sleep; it's just that most of the time you can't remember the dream.

I seem to have problems with remembering dreams as well, but there were some that I could remember; I guess it's about if they're special to you or not.
