my dad thinks I smoke :(

Just tell them you finished the homework at your friend's house and then spent the rest of your free day with your friends. Tell them you didn't want to go to the PC room, but your friends made you go with them...Think of an excuse to enter the PC room, like you didn't want to ride the bus home on your own...Don't tell your parents you spent 7 hours there, 1-2 hours in a room full of smokers are more then enough to make your cloths smell like smoke.

Why aren't you allowed to go to the PC room, anyway?
Have you been there too frequently, until your parents decided not to let you go there anymore at all?
Even if you weren't allowed to go there, that's still a lot better than letting them think you smoke.

Do your parents know all of your friends and your friends' families?
If telling them the truth is not an option, how about inventing a person who has been smoking in the same room as you?
A friend of yours, or a family member of a friend, or a friend of a friend? Tell them it weren't the people smoking at the next table, but someone who was sitting face to face with you. Say you didn't want them to know you spend time with smokers and that you don't like him.

I see you're Korean, and I'm going to assume your dad is Korean as well. I know how tough it can be, but you're gonna have to tell him the truth. The more lies you make up, the worse your credibility and your dad's trust will get. Of course, it probably means some serious punishment, but you don't want your dad to think you're a smoker.
