my arm is sore D:

damn, i just got a needle yesterday.

it made my arm sore, and still is today.

what makes it better is that i have to take a blood test just cause my mom said i didn't eat properly. i was just like WTF, i do eat. she said i am never having a proper appetite to eat and apparently, my diet is smaller whenever i eat... so maybe it is a good thing to be taking this bloodtest...?

iunno, i hated needles in general.

i might also be taking out my wisdom teeth over summer so i can get braces. so far, my bottom wisdom teeth are growing but the upper ones aren't here yet. the orthodontist said it was best to take out the wisdom teeth before getting brace since it might wreck or mess up my teeth once i have braces and it will be troublesome to remove wisdom teeth while i have the braces.

blah... why now...?

Meh. I had to get blood drawn on Wednesday, so no complaining xD! Seriouslly though, if you think shots hurt bad, you're in store for a surprise when you give birth/pass a kidney stone/get in an accident. Sore arm is nothin xD! Honestly, the only thing they will test for in your blood is going to be an iron deficiency...and cbolesterol, blood pressure, etc, but mostly just iron. If you're on an american diet eating dairy or meat once a day, you're fine.

Needles aren't that bad, in fact, I rarely even feel them anymore. Just last week, for example, I had a tetanus shot (college requirement) and I didn't even notice them giving me the shot. Just look away from it and don't think of it. It's what comes after the shot (sharp pain and swelling) that bothers me the most.

Yay, I'm not the only one :D. Needles are quite scary, I had to test my blood last year and my mom had to go with me to keep me in my chair.

I remember having a sore arm as well, but I didn't mind that as much as the needle -shudder-.
But my mom was quite nice, I got two bars of my favorite chocolate~! (I'm really addicted to that stuff :sleep: )

It's not often you hear "american diet" and fine in the same sentence. The typical american diet is atrocious. Same goes foor british diet (although not quite as bad as american).

Thank jah for europe/asia having comparatively healthy diets.

If they are doing a complete blood count then they will be able to check a lot more than just iron, especially if s/he has been on (or they have been informed that s/he is on) a restricted diet.
