So after popular vote (a grand total of 6!!!) Im making a blog of a random day and the randomdaydevice landed on yesterday
Yesterday it was monday... I hate monday's -_-
I was woken up by the crying baby from next door at 5.30ish which is about 1h before I should be getting up so I growled and went back to sleep
Then I woke up at 7.15... great
This meant that I had to go to work on bicycle because I can shower at work (yay)
It took me nearly 30min to pack my bag with clean clothes and shower stuff
The reason I shower at work is because its a 20km ride and I tend to sweat like most people so I also have to bring clean clothes
With my backpack loaded I checked to see if tehres a quicker route then normal to work and yes... yes there is!
On my bike I hopped for this new route and when I arrive at the point I should turn left there are no roadsigns so I have no clue where the hell Im going
So I just ride the general direction of my destination and end up on the wrong side of some small ass town -_-
I have to go ALL the way back and check at every bus stop at the little maps to make sure Im now going the right way
I asked directions and get pointed in somewhat the right direction "turn right at the church" so I did and got lost again
It shouldve been turn right BEFORE the church
So now on the right way I wasted 45min driving around like an idiot.
I arrive at work and I come to the conclusion I forgot my lock...nice
Luckily the underground parking is safe enough but I still asked for a lock so I waited another 10min to get a big fat no
Alrighty then.. So now I have to pray my bike is still there at 6.. perfect
Luckily the showers were all available so I could have a nice cold shower yaaaay
My boss luckily doesnt care as long as I do my 8h a day so I just had to work 30min over which is good
Work itself was boring, fking vacations :@
Not a whole lot of tweeting or w/e was going on so I decided to relax a bit (I run Social Media at my work fyi)
For lunch a panini with ham and cheese... yum!
Then boring work and of course 5min before I leave someone important tweets.. FFFFFUUUUUUUUUU
So 15min later it was solved! Yay
I was pretty tired at that stage and I still had to go back by bike (normally I get the train back if Im that tired but since my bike was unlocked I didnt want to risk it)
When I went back I tried the new route and found it actually did save me some time so hurray for me
Then I got home and TDWP said pizza on IRC so I ordered pizza
Yea that pretty much it for yesterday... pretty standard stuff but enjoyable
