Another part in my daily life. This one freaked me out quite a bit. Happened 2 days ago.
So, it was another day down at the laundromaut, but it was surprisingly quiet that day. Maybe because the prices of the washers were a little more expensive than before, or maybe because it was such a nice day, I don't know. It was around 7 a'clock, so I started cleaning the place up. I had to clean all the machines, floors, and make sure all the tasks were done before 8 (Which is the closing time)
I started cleaning the machines, until I heard some sounds coming from the washroom. Not normal sounds. It sounded like someone was using it obviously, but the thing was, I haven't seen or heard ANYBODY entering the store while I was working. Our doors are a little old, so some of them make this noise when somebody enters. It's not loud, but loud enough for me to hear in the building.
Anyway, it was strange, since I was right next to the washroom the whole time. I used the restroom to wash my hands less than 20 minutes before I even started cleaning. I slowly walked up, and opened the door. There was this one homeless guy who couldn't speak properly. I freaked out, because there was someone in there who didn't bother locking the door.
The man who was in there wasn't a stranger. In fact, he's at this laundromaut quite often. Never to actually use any of the machines, but to use the washroom. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. And sometimes, he goes through the lost and found. He CAN speak, but sounds like something is wrong with him. For example, this is how he talks. "HEYAREYOUasdkfjkasdOPEN?alskdfjnkalsdfnkzxjn" Not even kidding you. He constantly talks to himself, and it's almost impossible to tell what he's saying. He does this every single time. Not to mention, before I can really say a sentence, he interrupts me, tells me some gibberish, then laughs about it. Very very creepy.
But after he used it, he just left without saying much.
