i was thinking about it buying a LOT of stuff, but then these words just got into my mind :
Why spend for today when you can save for tomorrow ?
you might have heard the opposite of you played FFTA2 but what i just said makes me think .
why should i spend for something today, when i can get something better tomorrow [or better yet, the future] .
then the other thought came up, if i keep this up, i won't be getting anything .
this is mainly about computers . why should i spend for something more expensive now, when it'll eventually get cheaper in the future?
but once you finally choose to buy it, something newer will be out then you'll once again say, wait later, it'll get cheaper .
any thoughts on this?
can anyone help me decide whether or not i should be getting what i want now or later ?

i understand it all depends on what it is , but right now, i am thinking of getting:
- an iPod Touch [really thinking about this ... i just want it for the apps . nothing else, music and vids, eh , it's alright, but i know one thing, it has MUCH better battery life then my ZuneHD. also, if the ZuneHD doesn't choose to make the apps more "open" [i mean for official apps released in their store], i might be thinking of selling it for the iPod Touch]
- a new computer with a QuadCore + newer GPU [dad is thinking about getting my computer . he says why buy a new computer for full price when i can get my son's computer for half the amount of money he bought it for . in exchange for my computer, he is willing to give me half the amount of money and another computer to use . this other computer will have either a 9600GSO or RadeonHD 4350, P4 CPU and 2/4GB RAM]
- a new phone [looks like i still haven't gotten one . but i really feel like getting a smart phone over a feature phone . mainly because they are more versatile . but i get this though ... should i get one now, or wait for the newer ones to get cheaper . IE. the HTC Desire looks like a great phone, but the pricing, not really...
