Dude it's not a laptop, general stand-alone desktop PCs are made to be used for hours, infact mine stays on for 1-2 weeks, downloading movies overnight, and playing games on it.

The only time my computer gets shut off or restarted, is when there's a power outage. And that rarely happens. I always keep my computer on and have programs running non stop.

Perhaps you should breathe some fresh air for a while. Maybe your computer doesn't need rest, but you need rest from the computer.
