Lol, well if you found it on the floor, that just means that the person who had it last didn't want it? or just dropped it by accident?
well, you could ether return it to the person 9if you can find them somehow) if not, well just erase it completely and keep it?

when I found a 4GB usb of a friend of mine in high school, she didn't want it?, well it was left in lost n found, so I took it and erased it and now have it as a usb for stuff!
not sure if it was the right thing to do, but if it was in lost and found then she didn't want it, or otherwise she would have gotten it back, lol
well when I told her about it, she was kinda pissed (at first) but then got over it quickly, so...

moral of the story is..
if you find something left around, if it has info or such that it belongs to someone, you can return it (if possible/if able like we says in Magic the gathering card game)
or if you can't then it's yours?
like they say: "Finder's, Keepers?"
