After the mail service so kindly lost my only PS2 memory card, I've been trying to go out of my way to get a new one before I move. The amount of time I have is shrinking drastically (have to leave on the 10th D
, and my ability to generate money doesn't seem to want to make itself present. I've tried trading Demon's Souls and selling Demon's Souls, but absolutely nobody wants that game, or everybody already owns it. It's hard for me to figure out. I've tried selling other games in the past, but then I realize that I'll want to play those games again later, and new copies still go for $30 (seriously, Super Mario 64 DS still goes for a lot). I've put up many an ad on Craigslist to no avail, and the likes of eBay are not an option. At this point, I placed up Elite Beat Agents at the price of $10. I'm hoping somebody takes the nibble, as people seem to really like older DS titles around where I am, even though that is a bit overpriced.
Can't seem to make a trade for the life of me either, as I have never built up an excess of games. Everything I've ever bought, I've bought for a reason. There are just games that I'm less willing to keep than others that I can see myself sacrificing for the greater good.
I'm sure I'll figure something out, but it seems like it's a lot more difficult than it should be.
Oh yeah, and if anybody is interested, I have a $15 iTunes gift card that I personally have no use for. I've had it for a few months now, still attached the the backing. It was given to me, of course. If anybody wants the code, I'm considering just giving it away at this point, as no gift card places that buy gift cards even take iTunes ones.
