I have got things like amazon vouchers, flashcards, a fair amout of cash (from cashlagoon) so I know this works and its not bull**** like most people think.

Now both are 100% so you really can't lose anything for giving them a go. 1 word of advice, do not do the credit card offers or mobile phone offers as these will usually end up costing you more than the offer is worth

I personally think cashlagoon is better than gaminglagoon as you have the option to earn cash rather than just points
