Seriously guys, stop saying "Portendo" everytime a port is announced
Most of the time, it isn't even Nintendo's decision
Most of the time, it's 3rd party software
So please, it's time to stop, if you know what I mean
Seriously, it becomes annoying...

@TheMrIron2 I remember that EBGames (Gamestop outside of Quebec) had a promotion for ps3/4 and xb360/one games
If you brought them a game from ps3/xb360 that had a port on ps4/xbo, you could get it for like 10$
i hope theyll do the same with wii u and switch :D

That would be cool, yeah. I just wish that as a Wii U owner, Nintendo would entice me with a few new games that aren't Wii U games, if you get me. Smash looks good, but that's the only thing that's coming so far.

I've never used this term before, but after seeing how it triggers the resident GBAtemp Nintendo fanboysb maybe I'll start using it. They don't react to kidtendo anymore sadly (that one is still true as well, considering they are still censoring games for western audiences and the need for friend codes and all that bullshit).

Honestly I think Microsoft should be winning this generation, not Nintendo. They seem to be having a customers first attitude this time around. Cross-platform play, actively working on backwards compatibility, significant sales on games, Game Pass, Games With Gold, occasional sales (sometimes as low as $1) on those as well, Microsoft Rewards (you can use these to get gift cards for Gold, Game Pass, and to use on the store; not just shitty Nintendo merch). Plus almost every experience I've had with their customer service has been great.

The reason Xbox is out of the race is that they have no decent console exclusives. The only reason they even started the race was because of their last gen user base.

...plus, what would we call xbox ports? Porx? Xborts?

Niontendo are catching up to Sony? Nonsense. Please do link to any lifetime sales reports that show Switch sales are anywhere near catching up to the PS4. In May 2018 it was PS4: 79,472,732 vs Switch: 17,333,798.
