Ike injected with Link

If you want to see what this project is then go to my first post.

Next up is Ike injected with Link.

Like Marth, he holds Links sword invisibility in his left hand.

Also like Marth, Ike pulls back a bow and his sword charges up.
And if you let it charge up all the way, it lets out an impressive attack.

Over B is a total dud, Goes immediately in to a Partial Lock.

al_080830_2016(4).bin.out.jpg

What Happens With Ike's Down B is the same as what happens with Marth,
He goes to reach the bomb, and makes the *clink* sound.
But if you attack him, It will counter but go into a Partial Lock after.

The Up B will just Partial Lock where he is.
Note that unlike other characters, the Partial lock stays where it is instead of falling like a rock like most other characters.

The Final smash kinda of works, if it connects the opponent will be sent into the air,
and Ike will follow and attack as normal, making all the sounds and slashes,
But the character will look like a Parital Lock.
And at the end, there is no big boom on the stage, They just both land there and Ike goes into a Permanent Partial Lock.

And there you go, if you want to see Marth injected with Link, then go to the first post.
Also I wish I could show you guys videos, but I don't know how to turn the vids taken in smash bros to and avi or something like that.
If any body knows an easy way to take videos in smash and share them online, please tell me.

OK, I will be posting more later.
I have several allready set up, but GBATemp won't let me post but so many pics, so I will just batch them up and release them every once in a while.
Tell me if you like this and give me some suggestions on what to do next.
Ja na

For vids I believe you can just insert a blank dvd into a dvd player and start recording, but I'm not completely sure.

Latest Switch 2 leak says it will have a LCD, not OLED, run most games 40fps max, and only be 1.5 tflops handheld, 3 tflops docked. That's less than the steamdeck at 1.71 handheld, 3.1 docked.

Switch 2 LCD is about like TN type compare to old Nintendo Switch LCD before. Also games running on 40 FPS look not good for us and people. 60 FPS are best for normal everyday gaming. That's weird. I think should not buy Switch 2 because it like Switch 1.5 something like that. Little improve but not major improve. I think going to skip it.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Yea that's just rumored but not sounding that impressive for a next gen upgrade. Of course Nintendo is very good at optimization of their games to play well, but for a $400+ 2025 console I expected a little better. Even a $299 2020 Xbox Series S has 4 tflops.

I thought it was supposed to be on par with an xbox 1 in power, why is it running most things at 40fps lol
  • Anrei @ Anrei:
in terms of power I thought it was a 2.0 compared to the switch man 40fps sounds whack is there poor optimisation or something?
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Just rumors/ leaks. We will find out in a few weeks. But yea prob way underpowered to save battery, for longer playtimes, like Switch 1 is.

I'd use lemuroid more often if games didnt look blurry even with the "sharp" filter on

Teraflops are not necessarily indicative of real world performance, especially when compared across different architectures. The Switch 2 will also be smaller/lighter than the Steam Deck so it's performance has to fit inside a much smaller thermal and power envelope. Using a 120hz VRR panel means 40 fps locks can be an option in handheld mode, which will be a noticeable upgrade over the current 30 fps standard on Switch 1. Games could also go uncapped and leverage VRR to keep things smooth.
  • Veho @ Veho:
Call me a filthy casual but I really don't notice the difference between the last few generations of consoles, and pushing specs just for the sake of bragging rights is really pointless.
